During your trip, you’ll receive a specific emergency number from the local tour leader. In addition, you can call our main office line from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM (GMT+1). Please note, however, that you won’t reach your personal travel expert on this number. For that, we ask you to send us a message (see above) or schedule a call.
For this trip, you must be at least 23 years old and have held a driver's license for 3 years to drive a car.
We offer a fully mapped road trip, so it is not possible to adjust the duration of the trip. However, you are of course free to extend your journey on your own initiative, for example, by staying a few extra days in Kyrgyzstan or by visiting another country.If you wish to stay in a different place than the one we have booked for you or skip certain stops to prioritize other points, that is absolutely possible, but you will need to handle the booking yourself.
Within 5 days of your registration, you will need to pay a 35% deposit to confirm your trip. After that, you have until 45 days before departure to modify your options and pay the remaining balance. If you change your options, the deposit will be recalculated automatically.You will also need to pay a security deposit shortly before departure. The amount of the security deposit depends on the car insurance you have chosen (more information in the car insurance section).There are different payment options. Did your payment fail? It's probably due to an error when entering the reference number or exceeding your account limit.
